How to change the past?

Every person can have a desire to change the past. Perhaps, if some circumstances were different, or if we were at the crossroads of a decision, we would have made a different choice, then life was completely different.

Can I change the past?

We want to change some actions, or events that have brought pain. It is hard to realize that the past can not be changed. There is a sense of impotence, but not all so hopeless. How incredible and strange it may sound, but the past is subject to us.

How can you really change the past?

It is very important to change your attitude to the events that happened earlier. These events will acquire a completely different meaning, and, consequently, the impact of these events on us will change. In principle, this is what we want to change the past for, because the heavy memories of it very often prevent us from fully living in the present.

There is a way how to change the past to reduce pain, dispel regret and sadness, and also alleviate suffering. It is necessary to change the attitude to what has already happened. Yes, situations will not disappear from the past, but they can be turned into just facts from life that were once, but which can no longer grieve and cause pain.

It is necessary to understand that we do not know how life would have formed, if there had not been an event in it that we want to change in every possible way. Perhaps it is this situation that something taught us, or gave impetus to development , becoming a real life lesson. Everything that happens to us has some definite meaning, and only time will help it to realize it. No wonder they say: "There would be no happiness, but misfortune helped."

To understand yourself and change your own attitude to the past, and, consequently, the past itself, you can, if you release it, because it is known that the one who lives the past can not live a full life in the future.
