Many of us very often do not have enough time to prepare high-grade dishes, but, despite this? still want a delicious and hot meal. It is in such cases that hot hot sandwiches become an excellent solution to the problem, which, with little time to prepare them, perfectly sate.

Hot sandwiches with cheese
Perhaps the most popular and democratic hot sandwich in the oven is a cheese sandwich, which is cooked for a few minutes, but has a terrific taste.
Ingredients:
- biscuit - 1-2 pieces;
- butter - 20 g;
- cheese hard - 100 g;
- greens - a few twigs;
- salt and black ground pepper.
Preparation
Cut the buns in half. Grease with oil, put some greens on each, salt and pepper. Cheese cut into slices and place on rolls. Put them on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Let the sandwiches cool down a bit and enjoy.
This is the simplest version of the recipe, but if desired, you can add any ingredients to your taste: tomatoes, ham, sausage and much more.
Hot sandwiches with egg
Ingredients:
- a sandwich bun - 3 pieces;
- pickled cucumber - 1 piece;
- quail eggs - 7 pcs .;
- ham - 150 g;
- mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- mustard - 1 teaspoon;
- dill - a half-pound;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Cucumber and ham cut into strips. Mix mustard with mayonnaise. Cut off the top with buns, remove the pulp, and grease the middle with mustard-mayonnaise sauce. Put the ham and cucumber inside. Spread the baking tray with oil, spread the buns and break them on top of 2-3 quail eggs.
Send it all to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 5-7 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the buns with finely chopped dill.
Hot sandwiches with potatoes
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 3 pieces;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- loaf - 1 piece;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- sour cream or mayonnaise - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- ketchup - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt, pepper, garlic.
Preparation
Peel potatoes and grate on a large grater. Carrots, too, clean and grind on an average grater. Mix the vegetables, beat the eggs, salt, pepper and mix them all together.
Baton cut slices, put them into a carrot-potato mixture, and fry in vegetable oil first from the side where the filling, and then from the back. Combine sour cream or mayonnaise with ketchup, and add crushed garlic to the mixture. Evenly distribute the sauce on sandwiches and treat yourself.
Hot sandwiches with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- wheat bread - 3 slices;
- champignons - 5-6 pieces;
- onion - 1 piece;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- cheese - 50 g;
- salt, pepper, greens to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Preparation
Mushrooms clean and rinse, then cut fairly large. With a bow remove the husks, chop it finely and fry for a few minutes in vegetable oil. Then, add mushrooms and cook all together until they turn golden. Salt, pepper, season with sour cream and squeezed through the press with garlic and simmer for a few more minutes.
Baton slice into slices, spread a mushroom mixture on them, sprinkle with chopped herbs, grated cheese and send for 7 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, so that the cheese melts.
Hot sandwiches with minced meat
Ingredients:
- loaf - 1 piece;
- minced meat - 250 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- cheese - 50 g;
- tomato - 1 pc .;
- salt, thyme to taste;
- vegetable oil and cream.
Preparation
Cheese and tomato grate. Mix in a bowl minced meat, egg, grated cheese, tomato, salt, sunflower oil and spices. Stir everything well. Baton cut slices, grease each with butter, and lay out the prepared mixture on top.
Oven heat up to 180 degrees and put the sandwiches to bake until a ruddy brown.
