Ginger for weight loss - diet

Ginger is a good helper in losing weight. It also helps with short-term diets, when you just need to bring your body in order before or after the holiday, and in long-term diets that provide persistent weight loss. Consider two options for a low-cost diet based on ginger.

A short diet at the root of ginger

If you only have 3-5 days left, and you need to throw about 2-3 kilos, so that the dress sits on you amazingly, ginger will help you with this. Like all short-term diets, this option does not give too persistent results, but on the scheduled day you will look much more slender.

First, prepare a ginger drink: for each liter of water, take 4 cm of ginger root, peel it, cut it into small slices and cook in water, cook for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the mixture from the fire and insist another 20 minutes. This is ginger tea, you will drink it regularly. Otherwise, the diet of a strict diet will be as follows:

  1. Breakfast - a pair of boiled eggs, a serving of lettuce or Peking cabbage with lemon juice, ginger tea.
  2. The second breakfast is ginger tea.
  3. Lunch is light vegetable soup, ginger tea.
  4. Snack - ginger tea.
  5. Dinner - a pack of low-fat cottage cheese, ginger tea .
  6. Before going to sleep: half a cup of skimmed yogurt.

Before going to bed, drinking ginger is not recommended because this drink is very invigorating, and you may have trouble falling asleep. Eat so 3-5 days, which you have in stock, and you will reduce your weight well. After a diet with ginger, you can maintain results: continue to eat moderately and drink a ginger a couple of times a day.

Long-term weight loss diet with ginger

Such a diet with a root of ginger will allow you to get rid of excess weight for a long time, but it will take a little more time. If you follow all the instructions, you will reduce everything by 1-2 kg per week, which is 5-10 kg per month. Normally, for 4 weeks you should lose 5-7% of body weight. That is, if the original weight is greater, then you will lose weight more.

The diet here is quite free, you form it yourself in accordance with the rules. Ginger tea is prepared in the same way as in the previous diet.

  1. Breakfast - any porridge or dish of two eggs, ginger tea.
  2. The second breakfast is ginger tea, any fruit.
  3. Lunch - any soup, vegetable salad (it is possible from boiled vegetables, but without mayonnaise!).
  4. Snack - ginger tea, half a pack of fat-free cottage cheese or a glass of 1% kefir.
  5. Dinner - low-fat and not fried meat / poultry / fish + vegetable garnish, ginger tea.

You can use this system constantly, and you will steadily reduce weight without harm to health. Ginger tea for the reception can be drunk in an amount of 0.5 - 1 glass.
