How is the E500 food supplement used?

Most often the food additive Е500 is used as a baking powder - soda does not allow flour and other loose products to cake and clump, so it is present in almost all bakery products and baking. Soda is also used as a means to raise the test. And unlike yeast, the food supplement E500 also acts in the presence of a large amount of fat and sugar.

In addition, the E500 additive is used in the production of cooked and smoked sausages, sausages and wursts, balyk, as well as products containing cocoa candies, chocolate, mousses.

As a regulator of acidity, the food additive E500 allows maintaining the pH level of the product in the desired state.
