Cucumber diet

The principle of cucumber diet is based on the consumption of fresh cucumbers, which will be the main product of the menu of this diet. During the diet, which is one week, you can lose up to five kilograms of excess weight. Also, except for losing weight, a cucumber diet will help to normalize the metabolism. The use of fresh cucumbers stimulates digestion, helps to purify the body of toxins (act as a diuretic, since the cucumber is 95 percent water) and normalize the acid-salt balance in the body. The essence of the diet is the leaching of harmful substances from the body, due to the fact that the cucumber contains a large amount of liquid.

The maximum effect of cucumber diet can be achieved, provided that you will eat up to two kilograms of fresh cucumbers per day. From cucumbers, you can make a salad dressed with vegetable oil (preferably olive), or lemon juice.

If you still can not eat some cucumbers throughout the week, you can add some dietary products to your diet, for example, you can eat a piece of black bread for breakfast. For lunch, boiled chicken meat (not more than 100 g), and vegetable soup (up to 150 g), and for dinner you can eat a little rice (200 g).
