Chocolate-nut cream on condensed milk
Ingredients:
- boiled condensed milk - 1 pot;
- butter - 100 g;
- chocolate or cocoa - 50 g;
- ground nuts - 0,5 items;
- cognac - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
We get the creamy oil beforehand from the fridge, turn it around and leave it on the table for a few hours, so that it will become soft. This time we sift through a fine strainer of cocoa, which would remove all the lumps or rub on the middle of the dark chocolate chocolate. Then beat the cocoa mixer with a soft oil and add the boiled condensed milk. We mix everything thoroughly, throw the crushed nuts and pour in some cognac. Again, whisk the mass with a mixer and remove the cream for a while in the refrigerator to make it thicker and denser.
Recipe for chocolate-nut cream
Ingredients:
- cow's milk - 3 items;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- egg yolk - 1 piece;
- granulated sugar - 1 item;
- salt - 3 g;
- wheat flour - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- Vanilla - to taste;
- nut peanut butter - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
In a saucepan pour 2 cups of milk, add eggs, egg yolk, pour sugar, salt and whisk thoroughly with a mixer until smooth. Then gently pour the wheat flour and cocoa. After that, lay out the peanut walnut paste, mix, put the dishes on a weak fire and, stirring, bring the mass to a boil. Now carefully remove the saucepan from the plate, pour the remaining milk and throw to taste vanilla. Fill the prepared cream with transparent glasses, send them for 2 hours in the fridge, and then serve dessert to the table.
Chocolate-nut cream with mascarpone
Ingredients:
- mascarpone cheese - 300 g;
- powdered sugar - 50 g;
- cream 30% - 30 ml;
- ground coffee - 0,5 tsp;
- chocolate paste - 200 g;
- shredded nuts - 50 g.
Preparation
We put the cheese in a bowl and put it on a water bath. Then add the nut paste, pour in the cream, pour the powdered sugar, crushed nuts and coffee. We bring everything to a homogeneous consistency and remove the cream from the water bath. We cool the treat to room temperature and use it for the intended purpose.
