Grind garlic and mix it with mandarin slices. Add the ground pepper. Spread the resulting mixture of chicken drumsticks, stir and sent to the refrigerator for the whole night.

After the meat is marinated, fry it in a frying pan. Salt is added at the very end of the cooking. Ready meat put on a plate, and pour the remaining marinade into the frying pan and put it under the lid for 10 minutes. In a clean frying pan in oil, fry the mandarin mugs. Fill the marinade with chicken and decorate with fried mandarin.

From the chicken legs we remove the bones, mine and rub it with salt. Carrots are cleaned and inserted inside the lower leg. AT frying pan soya oil and within three minutes fry the legs on high heat from all sides. After the leg is removed and cooled.

In the tank mix ginger, crushed garlic, soy sauce, sugar, cognac , 1 tbsp. a spoon of soybean oil, spices and peeled and chopped shallots. We drop the legs in this mixture and pull out the carrots from them. We clear 2 mandarins, divide into slices, mix with soy and fill chicken legs. In the frying pan spread the carrots and fillets left from the legs, pour the sauce and squeeze out the juice from two mandarins, cover with a lid and stew for 20 minutes. We serve the table with the stew with the stewed fillet, decorate the remaining soy and mandarin.
