Delicious French marinade for chicken legs with Dijon mustard - recipe
Ingredients:
Calculation of 1 kg of chicken legs:
- olive oil - 80 ml;
- white wine vinegar - 15 ml;
- mustard dijon - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- Dried garlic in granules - 10 g;
- pepper cayenne - 5 g;
- ground black pepper - pinch;
- salt - 10 g or to taste.
Preparation
Olive oil poured into a deep bowl, add Dijon mustard and beat a little with a mixer or whisk until an emulsion is obtained. Then add ground cayenne and black pepper, salt, granulated garlic, pour in white wine vinegar and mix well. We smear chicken legs with the received marinade and leave at least thirty minutes, and ideally for three to four hours.
Such a marinade for chicken legs can be used for baking them in the oven or cooking in a frying pan.
Recipe marinade for chicken legs with honey, soy sauce and mustard
Ingredients:
Calculation of 1 kg of chicken legs:
- soy sauce - 15 ml;
- honey liquid, floral - 35 g;
- French mustard - 10 g;
- mustard soup spicy - 5 g;
- olive oil - 15 ml;
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- dried basil - 5 g;
- dried rosemary - 5 g;
- dried marjoram - 5 g;
- ground red paprika - 10 g;
- ground black pepper - 10 g;
- salt - 5 g or to taste.
Preparation
To prepare the marinade mix in a deep bowl of vegetable oil, honey, soy sauce, mustard and spicy mustard, add all the dried spicy herbs, ground black pepper and paprika and taste salt. We mix the marinade nicely, cover the surface of the chicken legs with it and leave it in a cool place for about three to four hours or overnight.
This marinade is ideal for preparing shins in the oven.
Marinade for chicken legs with yogurt
Ingredients:
Calculation of 1 kg of chicken legs:
- natural yoghurt, unsweetened - 135 ml;
- lemon juice - 10 ml;
- curry ground - 10 g;
- ground black pepper - 10 g;
- spicy dry herbs to choose from - to taste;
- salt - 10 g or to taste.
Preparation
Natural unsweetened yogurt mixed with lemon juice, add salt, ground black pepper and curry powder and we savor the mixture with spicy dried herbs of your choice. Stir all the well, smear the mixture with chicken drumsticks and let them marinate for several hours.
