Chicken cutlets with oatmeal

Rinse the cabbage inflorescences and quickly boil them in boiling water. Cool the cabbage and beat it with a blender into the gruel. Mix cabbage gruel with chopped onions and dried tomatoes. Optionally grind the leaves of spinach and add them to the mince along with the prepared vegetables. Next, put our key ingredient - oat flakes, as well as eggs, grated cheese, dried onions with garlic, a universal seasoning for chicken and ketchup.

Form the cutlets from chicken minced meat with oat flakes, and then brown them on both sides in the preheated oil.

Onions, pieces of pineapple, garlic and cilantro as much as possible grind with a knife or whip with a blender. Fans of hot pepper can add chili to the mixture. Combine the pineapple mixture with chicken and oat flakes, then add the chicken egg and spices. Divide the forcemeat into 12 portions, each roll into a ball and lay it into a muffin mold. Bake cutlets at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
