After that, add to the starch starch, which can be diluted in brandy. Continue to stir intensely and cook for another 5 minutes to make the sauce become homogeneous and rather thick.

At the end, squeeze garlic into it, add nutmeg and pepper. Turn off the fire, move the bowl of fondue on the heating pad and put it in the center of the table. Slice fresh bread in small portions, use a fork to dip them into the fondue and enjoy.
