Cake "Snowstorm"

In winter, we offer you to prepare seasonal dishes: hearty, nutritious and colorful. In this article, we suggest that you try the recipe for a cake with a real winter name "Snowstorm". The recipe for "Snowstorm" covers two absolutely different dishes, on the one hand it is a biscuit cake with fruits and berries, and on the other - a hearty snack cake with vegetables.

Fruit "Snowstorm" on a biscuit

Whisk egg whites with sugar and butter until white. Do not stop whipping the air oil, add the sifted flour to the bowl. The last in the dough goes soda, it must be extinguished with lemon juice.

The finished dough is poured into a greased butter and sent to the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Baked cake is cooled and cut in half.

We make sour cream : beat 4 tablespoons of fatty sour cream with condensed milk with a blender. Any nuts to taste wrapped in a kitchen towel and grind with a frying pan or rolling pin. Mix nuts with cream from sour cream and condensed milk.

Berries are thawed. Lubricate the sponge cake half of the cream-nut cream and distribute the berries on its entire surface. We cover the cake with the second crust, pour out the remains of the cream and decorate the "Snowstorm" with peeled mandarins. "Snowstorm" with protein cream should be infused for at least 2-3 hours, ideally - 1 night, after which the cake can be served to the table.

Eggs and boiled hard boiled, let it cool down and grind with a knife, or nagging on a large grater. Carrots and my potatoes, clean and boil in salted water until soft, give awn and also rub on the grater.

If you decide to take fresh champignons for this recipe, they need to be cleaned, cut and fried until golden. Canned mushrooms are also suitable for "Snowstorm", they are simply cut into plates.

Prunes are steamed for 5-7 minutes in hot water, and then cut. Nuts are crushed with a knife. We rub the cheese on a small grater, and we disassemble the chicken into fibers. Lavash is torn into large pieces.

When all the ingredients are ready you can start assembling. On the dish we put a serving ring of large diameter, or walls of a separable form for baking and begin to lay out the ingredients.

The first layer is grated carrot, then mayonnaise, lavash, half of cheese and crushed eggs, potatoes, again a mayonnaise layer, lavash, half nuts and prunes, chicken, mayonnaise, lavash, mushrooms, the remains of nuts, potatoes, mayonnaise and crown the dish with a layer of grated cheese.

To decorate the salad, grind walnuts with a blender or coffee grinder into a flour and sprinkle them with a cheese layer. Cucumber cut into thin strips and stack it with any pattern you like. The final touch is a sprig of parsley and a bright berry of the viburnum, or cranberries. Now the vegetable salad-cake "Metelitse" needs only to rest in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, and then it can be served to the table.
