We put the mixture on a fire, heat it, pour in hot milk and as soon as the cream starts to thicken, remove it and cool it. Fill our tubes with butter cream and serve a treat to tea.

When the dough is collected in a ball, fry it, stirring, 2 minutes and remove from the plate. A little cold, and then break the eggs and grind everything to a homogeneous state. The dough should turn out neither steep nor liquid. We padded him with a shovel and let him drain off it.
