Butter buns with cinnamon

Preheat the milk to 40-45 degrees and dissolve in it dry yeast, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 tsp. sugar, and leave the spit in the side to go up. Melt half the butter, and add whipped eggs, vanillin, salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Mix everything well, add the spoon and, gradually adding flour, knead the dough. Leave the dough for about an hour in the heat. After an hour roll it to a rectangular shape. Lubricate it with oil, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and then roll it into a roll. Slice your roll obliquely, thus making buns. Lubricate the pan with oil, lay buns on it and leave them for about half an hour. Then grease the buns with egg yolk, top with cinnamon and sugar. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the buns until ready.

Buns with raisins and cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients for the dough and leave the dough itself in a warm place so that it rises. Soak the raisins in boiling water and drain the water. When the dough rises, add a little flour and knead it well, then roll it out. Sprinkle the dough with sugar, and lay the raisins on top. Fold the roll, and then cut it in portions about 3 cm. Each piece slightly unscrew in the middle and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. While your buns are baked, melt the butter and mix the remaining sugar with cinnamon. Smear each bun with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Buns with apples and cinnamon

Few people have the patience and skill to prepare the dough. And so I want to please my homemade sweet pastries. For such cases puff pastry with cinnamon and with other additions, for example with apples, is very suitable. Puff pastry you can buy at the nearest supermarket.
