Bows from organza by own hands

Light air organza, perhaps, is one of the best materials for creating bows. There are many ways how to tie a bow from organza - a magnificent multilayered or quite modest. But, in any case, the organza bows will become a stylish accessory or decor element that can decorate any holiday. In our master class, we will tell you how to sew an organza bow for a wedding decor.

We need:

Let's get to work:

  1. Since the organza is rather slippery, it is quite difficult to tie a large lush bow from it without additional attachments, so we use for this purpose a sheet of cardboard. Determine with the width of the bow. In our case it will be 30 cm wide, and this distance should be measured on a sheet of cardboard. We fix the end of the organza near the right mark with the help of pins. Lay the organza layers on the principle of accordion, fixing each layer with pins. After the organza is folded the required number of times, its ends are securely fixed with pins.
  2. To fix the bow, take a small piece of organza and stretch it under the bow. We pull the ends of the connecting segment. Reliably connect the ends of the connecting piece of organza. Tie in the middle of the bow a piece of organza measuring 15 * 50 cm - this will be the tails of the bow.
  3. Gently remove the bow from the cardboard and begin to straighten it. We turn out each loop of our bow and swirl it, placing the inside of the hand.
  4. In the end we get such a wonderful organza bow. To fix the bow in the desired location, it is necessary to use the ends of the connecting piece to which the ribbon was tied. To decorate a bow from organza you can also use artificial or natural flowers, ribbons of different width and texture.

Also, beautiful bows can be made from plain paper .
