Brazilian Diet

The Brazilian diet is often called the diet of Brazilian actresses, as it was used by Brazilian TV series actresses to quickly lose weight before filming. This diet is calculated for fourteen days and allows you to get rid of 4 to 6 kilograms.

Principles of diet

The Brazilian diet is based on the consumption of foods rich in protein and fresh vegetables. For two weeks it is allowed to eat eggs (in large quantities), salads from fresh vegetables, lean meat (for lunch or dinner), fish, sour-milk products, tea and coffee. From the diet should be excluded from sweet and fatty, and also, alcohol.

The menu of the Brazilian diet is quite simple - for breakfast you eat hard boiled or soft boiled eggs (in unlimited quantities) and drink them with tea or coffee. For the second breakfast you can drink a glass of any juice and eat a toast. Lunch consists of boiled meat or fish with any vegetables (fresh salads, boiled potatoes or vegetable stews). For dinner, you can eat mushroom or vegetable soup and a salad of fresh vegetables. Before going to bed, drink a glass of fruit juice or kefir.
