Than to feed the child after a poisoning?

Unfortunately, babies are more likely than adults to suffer from food poisoning. There are several reasons for this: dirty fingers in the mouth, collecting pebbles and leaves on the street and, as a consequence, getting microbes into the mouth, weak immunity of the digestive tract, when the slightest error in nutrition, related to the freshness of the products, can cause vomiting and diarrhea.

In addition to the basic treatment in the form of injections, droppers and tablets, it is necessary to know what to feed the child after poisoning and vomiting, so as not to cause a relapse. This is a very difficult question for my mother, who wants to feed the hungry child as quickly as possible.

Permitted products

From the fact that you can eat and drink after poisoning, few products are allowed. All of them do not cause additional gas generation and fermentation in the intestine, and they work enveloping the digestive tract.

In the very first days, when the child is still very ill, you should only solder it without insisting on food. But after 2-3 days, when the baby becomes easier, he will need strength to recover.

To dishes and products, than it is possible to feed the child after food poisoning, include semi-liquid soups with the addition of wheat, oat and barley cereals. For babies it is desirable to grind them with a blender so that the load on the digestive system is minimal.

Also mashed potatoes are allowed, but without milk and butter. Its consistency should be sufficiently liquid that the product does not load the stomach and is easily digested. If a child has diarrhea, then he is recommended rice soup or porridge. For this, the rind is well washed and boiled, adding a little salt.

Of the drinks allowed after poisoning - unsweetened tea, a decoction of raisins and dogrose, but only after a week you can taste kefir.

After 5 days after the poisoning, you can already give the baby pasta, steam meatballs and cutlets from poultry meat. It will also be good to offer the baby boiled sea fish in small quantities.

When at least 10 days have passed since the onset of the disease, the child can already be fed with conventional products. Until that time, it is strictly forbidden to give fresh fruits and vegetables - only baked or boiled, except banana. He, without fear, can be given already on the second day after cessation of vomiting in fresh form.
