After bringing the steak to room temperature, pour it with oil and season to taste. You can season the cold beef and then for a while, which it will be heated outside the refrigerator, it is slightly marinated.

Since steaks are so covered in oil, pour oil on the pan, especially if it is non-stick, there is no need. We immediately heat the surface on high heat and put the meat. How much to grill a beef steak should be determined individually, based on taste preferences, heat power and the thickness of the piece itself. So a beef steak of medium roast about 4-4.5 cm thick should be kept on fire for 7 minutes on each side.
