In a small fire, rub the ribs for about 2 hours to make them soft. If the water has evaporated during cooking, add a little more. But immediately pour a lot of water with a margin is not necessary. After that, add the tomatoes, pepper and stew for another 20 minutes, during this time the pepper should become soft. By the end of the preparation of this dish, the liquid thickens and turns into a sauce that will envelop the pieces of meat on the bone. Cooked stewed beef ribs prepared according to this recipe can be served to the table both hot and cold. If you like spicy dishes, then together with tomatoes and pepper, you can add chopped garlic or chili.
