Apples, because of their diversity and availability throughout the year, appear on our table as part of desserts more often than other fruits. But, as a rule, all apple recipes are limited to charlottes, tarts or pies with apple stuffing. We also collected delicious apple recipes in order to diversify your menu.
Apple dessert of klafuti - recipe
Ingredients:
- sugar - 1/4 of the item;
- flour - 1/4 of the item;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- milk - 1 item;
- apple jam - 400 g;
- Ground cinnamon - 2 tsp.
- powdered sugar - 2 tsp.
Preparation
The oven is heated up to 180 ° С. Lubricate small molds for baking with oil.
Mix sugar and flour, separately whisk together milk and eggs. We pour the egg-milk mixture to dry ingredients, and knead a thick homogeneous dough.
Apple jam is laid out on the bottom of all prepared molds. Fill the apple base with a dough and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake klafuti for 25 minutes, then let cool for 5 minutes and serve, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
How to cook apple croquet?
Ingredients:
- milk - 1 item;
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon;
- custard (powder) - 2 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - half a century;
- apple jam - 800 g;
- flour - 1 item;
- ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
- Ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp;
- butter - 100 g.
Preparation
The oven is heated up to 180 ° С. Mix milk and vanilla in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat.
Powder cream (1 1/2 tablespoons) is combined with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a similar amount of cold water. Add the resulting mixture to the warmed milk and wait until the cream thickens.
We spread the apple jam into molds, and pour everything on the top with a custard. Mix the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, the remaining custard powder and sugar, add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and knead it all together until crumbs form. Sprinkle the desserts in forms with flour and put them in the oven for 30 minutes.
Dessert of apple puree with banana
Ingredients:
- apples - 500 g;
- bananas - 2 pieces;
- sugar - 200 g;
- apple juice - 1 item;
- Calvados - 125 ml.
Preparation
Peeled and chopped apples and bananas put in a saucepan, fill it with sugar and pour 150 ml of water. Cook the fruit 8-10 minutes until soft, after which we grate apples and bananas through a sieve and mix the resulting puree with apple juice. The resulting mixture is poured into a container and placed in a freezer. As soon as the edges of our dessert are frozen, whisk together everything with a mixer and return it to the freezer. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times until the sorbet freezes.
We serve balls of apple-banana dessert in the creamer with a small portion of Calvados.
Simple apple dessert
Ingredients:
- apples - 4 pieces;
- table wine - 250 ml;
- sugar - 1 teaspoon + 55 g;
- vanilla - 1 pod;
- ground cinnamon - pinch;
- raisins - 50 g;
- egg yolks - 50 g.
Preparation
The oven is heated to 200 ° C. Cut the apples into slices, mix them with 100 ml of wine, a teaspoon of sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
Egg whites and remaining sugar whisked and put on a water bath, also without stopping whipping. Pour the remaining wine to the mixture and continue to whip the cream for another 10 minutes.
We divide the baked apples on kremankam or glasses, and we serve, a bay with a wine custard, hot or cold. In addition to dessert, you can serve almond biscuits or bread. Bon Appetit!
