  4. We relax the head and neck, we protrude the chest and "knock out" stagnant energy from it.
  5. We hit the palms on the belly.
  6. We beat on the hips and legs: outside and inside, bouncing.
  7. We pass to the buttocks and the back side of the thighs.
  8. We make wiggles with our hands and knock out our shoulder blades.
  9. We bow our heads and beat them on the head.
  10. We take in the hands of the energy ball, when we think about it, it becomes stronger. A peach-colored ball, we take it and use it to purify and rejuvenate the face, smearing the ball across the face, easily touching and "washing" this energy.
  11. Imagine that you shake out the carpet, try to see how the carpet is "moving", which you shake out. Now imagine that you shake out your body, and wavy movements, imitate the carpet. We rise on toes, stretching our hands up, and we fall on the heels, shaking out our hands.
