There are a lot of types of pies, but everyone knows that they are the most delicious from yeast dough, baked in the oven. And if you do everything exactly according to our recipes, then you are guaranteed an impeccable result.

Recipe for yeast pies on kefir with sauerkraut in the oven

We warm the whole kefir well, pour it a little into a small bowl, into which we add a piece of yeast and stir it completely. In the unused kefir pour the melted margarine with the eggs previously added into it. Pour the yeast from the bowl, add salt and mix well. In the sieve, pour the flour and sift it right into the mixture with yogurt and yeast, and then knead the soft yeast dough with clean hands. The resulting dough is left in a bowl for 45 minutes.

In the saucepan pour the sunflower oil and heat it until a fragrant haze appears. We put here finely diced onions and passer it until light golden appearance. Quail cabbage squeezed from the juice, pour cold water and again wringing out, put in a sauté pan with onions. Fry the cabbage until that stage until it starts to brown. Then we add 0.5 glasses of water to it, cover it with a lid and, after reducing the gas, stew our cabbage for 15-20 minutes. We put the prepared stuffing on a large, wide plate so that it can cool down more quickly.

Already increased in the volume of the dough assiduously doused on a flour-dusted table. We form from a yeast dough a thick sausage, which after divided into round balls. We take the ball and flatten it with our fingers in a flat cake, the center of which is filled with a spoon of cabbage. We raise and tear the edges of the flat cake, hiding the cabbage inside. Flatten a little patty with your hands and lay it on the baking sheet, completely covered with parchment. When the sheet is filled with pies, grease them with yolk and put everything in the oven, heated to 195 degrees. After 30 minutes in the oven ripen delicious yeast pies with sauerkraut!

Sweet, yeast pies with a puff dough in the oven

With a soft butter, grind the highest grade flour. In warm water, put a piece of fresh yeast, then add sugar and a pinch of salt. Stirring, dissolving all the yeast thoroughly and pouring them into a container, where flour was ground. Using a fork, shake the egg and pour it in after the yeast. With a little effort, knead a tight, but soft dough. We divide it into 5 or 6 parts, each of which is rolled into thin sheets and we lubricate each with a soft margarine. In the form of a stack (one on one) add all the dough, roll it, cover with food film and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Fresh, fleshy cherries are washed in water and we separate all the berries from the stone. Then sprinkle it with sugar and, after mixing we go for the test. Chilled dough, we immediately unwind and roll rolling. We cut out the mugs with a glass, fill them with cherry filling and form small pies. Lay them on a parchment lined on a baking tray, grease with yolk and put in a heated oven to 200 degrees. After 25 minutes you can enjoy deliciously tasty pies.
