We all know that porridge is useful. For the Slavs, this is a native food, because earlier in the villages of food were only cereals, bread and dairy products from their own cow. Nowadays, porridges remain not less demanded and useful, after all this is one of the few dishes on the table of modern man that is rich in fiber and complex carbohydrates, necessary for digestion and normal activity of the intestine.

Useful porridge for weight loss
