It hurts to write to a girl
When a child has a complaint about painful urination, you must first examine the genitals. Pay attention to:
- the presence of redness;
- whitish discharge from the vagina;
- itching in the perineum.
If you notice all these signs at the daughter, then you can assume vulvitis - inflammation of the mucous membrane of the vagina. This is one of the most common diseases in girls. A visit to a pediatric gynecologist is compulsory. And before the visit to the doctor it is necessary to do sedentary camomile trays.
It hurts to write to the boy
Just like in the version with girls, you need to examine the genital organs of the boy. They are characterized by such diseases as balanitis (inflammation of the glans penis) and balanoposthitis (the same as balanitis, only the foreskin is also captured). At birth, the head of the penis does not open in boys. tightly fused to the foreskin - this condition is called physiological phimosis. Approximately one and a half years between the head and the flesh, cavities filled with smegma begin to form. In adults, these cavities open well and are cleaned, in children this is more difficult. Wrong food, urine falling in the cavity between the head and flesh, improper hygiene - all these lead to the accumulation of bacteria and fungi, and they already contribute to the development of balanitis or balaposthitis.
Symptoms of balanitis and balanoposthitis:
- pain when urinating;
- redness and swelling in the region of the glans penis;
- itching;
- possible purulent discharge;
- sometimes there is an increase in inguinal lymph nodes.
Before visiting the doctor, you can make a sedentary bath. In a jar to collect a warm broth of a camomile or a weak solution of manganese and to lower there a head of a sexual member. Also, to relieve pain when urinating, you can try urinating in a jar with a warm solution of potassium permanganate.
