Further prepared all vegetables and fruits together with garlic twist through a meat grinder. In the received mass we pour vegetable oil, a little vinegar, we throw black pepper, salt and sugar to taste. The finished mass is poured into an enamel saucepan, put on a stove and cook for 2 hours on the slowest fire, stirring. At the very end we throw the finely chopped greens, lay out the sweet and sour adzhika on the cans, sterilize for 20 minutes, and store it all winter, rolled up with lids.
