Through a fine screen of mincers scroll washed and separated from the seeds of Bulgarian peppers and sliced ​​tomatoes. In this mixture, add tomato paste, sunflower oil and add the red pepper. It's good to mix everything until the paste dissolves in the total mass. We pour it all into the saucepan, as soon as zucchini becomes soft when punctured with a fork. When our dish boils, we sprinkle it with sugar, mix it and put it out in a closed lid, minimizing the flame of the fire. Finished ready sharp zucchini will be after 25 minutes, so 5 minutes before that we add to them finely chopped young garlic and fresh greens of dill.

Fried zucchini with garlic in tomato

Squash is washed, dried with a towel and cut into mugs so that their thickness is no more than 8 millimeters. We put them in a large cup, evenly sprinkled with fine salt and mixed with clean hands.

Each circle of zucchini dip in a bowl with wheat flour. Then fry them in a heated frying pan in a sufficient amount of sunflower oil until you acquire on both sides pieces of beautiful golden. We roasted fried zucchini from the frying pan in a circle and put it into a saucepan and sprinkle each such filled circle with the garlic crushed through a special press.

Tomatoes, through the juicer, we process into juice, add to it the meat onion, passed through the meat grinder, individually add to the taste kitchen salt, black pepper, all this is mixed and put on the hotplate of the included plate. We cook a wonderful tomato sauce for 12 minutes, and then completely mix it into a bowl with roast zucchini. Now we put this pot on the stove and after the zucchini in the tomato will boil for 6-7 minutes, we set them aside.

Caviar from zucchini with tomato and mayonnaise

Properly prepare zucchini, cut them off with a thin layer of peel, and the rest of the whole vegetable grind through a large sieve grinder. In the same way, grind the onion, add sunflower oil to the mixture, sprinkle with pepper, kitchen salt and sugar. After thorough mixing, transfer the resulting mass into a wide bowl of stainless steel and place it on a burner, switched on the medium fire mode. When the vegetables in the cup boil for about 15 minutes, then we pour in fresh tomato juice and mix everything. We reduce the fire to a minimum and let the calf smolder on it for at least 3 hours. Somewhere for half an hour before the end of cooking, we introduce a good, fat mayonnaise into the caviar.
