All of them ran on the treadmill the same distance in the same time, after which they measured the pulse, learned the amount of calories spent and the efforts made. As a result, it turned out that there is no significant difference between the indicators of girls in conventional sneakers and modeling. In this regard, the data on the miracle effect of such shoes have not been confirmed.
