Preparing samsa from puff pastry is not a tricky and quick enough task, if you do not take into account the fact that meat for filling is desirable to cut manually so as to preserve its juiciness. As a filling, we chose lamb, but you can give preference to lamb and beef.

Then combine chicken minced meat with sliced ​​mint and cool the filling.

Roll the layer of puff yeast dough and cut it into circles of equal diameter. In the center of each circle we put the meat filling and splinter the edges of the samsa from three sides to make a triangle. Lubricate the patties with vegetable oil and bake the samsa from puff pastry yeast for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.

My potato, clean, cut and boil in salted water about 20 minutes. In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the pieces of potatoes until golden brown.
