Chicken fillet is also boiled in salted water until cooked. Then cut it into cubes. Eggs boil hard, cut onions into cubes. If you use salad white onions, then there is no bitterness in it and you can use it raw without preliminary treatment. If the onion is common, then it is better to pre-boil it, removing the bitterness. Now we cut cucumbers - you can do this in different ways: you can cut it with straws, or you can use semicircles. You can even rub them on a large grater, but then you need to squeeze out excess liquid.

Lettuce leaves are torn in small pieces. Salad we lay out on the dish layers, each layer slightly salted and greased with mayonnaise. So: lettuce leaves, rice, chicken fillet, onions, cucumbers.
