Chicken, and especially fillets, is famous for its diet. Due to the low fat content, chicken breast meat can get dryish, and therefore most often it is cooked with fatty sauces or fillings. We follow the same rules for making chickens using the recipe of one of the hot dishes that has become traditional on our tables - chicken rolls .

Clearing the chicken from the films and veins, we beat it to a thickness of 0.5-0.6 cm. At this stage, you can season the fillet with a mixture of spices for poultry, classic Provencal or Italian herbs, or you can simply salty on both sides and proceed with the laying out fillings. As the last, we chose a win-win alliance of ham and cheese: directly put a layer of ham on the chicken, cheese on it, and roll the roll. You can fix stuffed rolls from chicken breast with thread or toothpicks, the main thing is that they keep the shape. After, beat a couple of eggs and dip them into rolls, crumble everything in bread crumbs and put them in a frying pan with heated oil. At this stage, our task is only to brown the meat, and not to cook it right through, and therefore include a strong fire. After browning, we shift the rolls into a dish for baking and put in an oven heated to 160 degrees for about half an hour.

Tasty chicken rolls with ham stuffing can be served on their own, but it's best to flavor them with your favorite white sauce on a cheese or creamy base, and serve with white dry wine.

Chicken rolls stuffed with egg, cheese and greens

Preliminarily divide the fillets into 4 layers and each bit lightly. We prepare a mixture of cheeses with a couple of boiled eggs, there we also send a peel of citrus and favorite cut greens. Pleasant aroma and light sharpness meat will provide a garlic clove and a pinch of black or cayenne pepper. Pour the cheese-egg mixture on the chicken fillet and fold it, then fasten it. First sprinkle the surface of the meat with flour, then dip it into a beaten egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Now the meat can be fried for 6-8 minutes, before placing in the oven, and you can immediately arrange juicy chicken rolls with cheese and greens in a heated to 200 degrees oven. The cooking time of meat will be about 25 minutes.

Rolls of chicken breast with mushrooms and cheese

After chicken fillet, season it on both sides with a standard mixture of salt and pepper. Passer on the onion rings for about 3 minutes, after which we add mushrooms to it and wait for a similar period of time. To the mushrooms, add a generous portion of fresh spinach and chopped garlic, and when all the moisture from the greens is evaporated, remove the filling from the fire and mix with both types of cheese and sliced ​​dried apricots. We wrap the stuffing with chicken chops and fasten the rolls. Fry rolls of chicken breast with dried apricots for 4 minutes on each side, and then stew in a mixture of fried flour, wine and broth for another 15 minutes.
