- soda and salt - 1 teaspoon;

Preparation
Kefir pour into a large bowl, add sugar, salt and soda to it, and mix well. Then gradually pour the sifted flour into the bowl and mix the soft dough, if it sticks to the hands, add some more flour, but do not mix it much, otherwise it will become like rubber.
Form the dough from sausage, divide it into pieces and blend the duff with them. In each, make cuts and arrange ready-made pyshki on a board, sprinkled with flour. In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the puffs on both sides until golden brown.
The recipe for dumplings on sour cream
Ingredients:
- sour cream - 500 g;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- flour - 800-900 g;
- sugar - 7-8 tbsp. spoons;
- soda - ½ tsp;
- salt - a pinch;
- poppy seeds for sprinkling;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation
Sour cream, salt, 2 eggs, soda and sugar, mix until smooth. Gradually put flour into this mixture and knead the dough, it should not be very steep, but it should not stick to your hands either. Roll the layer and cut it into strips 3-4 cm wide. Then cut the strips into pieces of any length.
In the middle of each rectangle, make a hole with a knife and draw through it one part of the dough. Spread the finished products on a baking sheet, oiled, grease them with a beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds. The pies on this recipe are cooked in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- yogurt - 500 g;
- dry yeast - 1 teaspoon;
- honey - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- flour - 3 items;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;

Preparation
Mix the curdled milk, honey, dry yeast and salt. Gradually sprinkle flour and mix the dough. Cover it and put in heat for 40 minutes. After that, take the dough with a spoon and fingers, previously moistened in olive oil, form a round bun.
Ready pyshki put on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper, and sprinkle with sesame. Send the baking sheet to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 20 minutes.
Pyshki - recipe on water
This is a fairly simple recipe for dumplings, according to which it takes literally 5-10 minutes to knead the dough.
Ingredients:
- flour - 800 g;
- water - 700 ml;
- quick-dissolving yeast - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt and sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon;
- sesame - to taste;
- vegetable oil for lubrication.
Preparation
Water, which should be warm, pour into a bowl, dissolve yeast in it, then pour in sugar and salt. Mix everything well, and then gradually add flour. Again, mix everything thoroughly, then cover the dough with a lid and put in a warm place for 3-4 hours. During this time, mix it several times.
When the time runs out, divide the dough into parts, spread out the forms and put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
