Then carefully rinse the rice with cold running water, then fill it with boiling water and after 5-10 minutes we will drain the water.

Mix the minced meat with rice and dry spices. You can slightly add and add the egg, if you wish.

If the pumpkin is round, cut off the top and remove the seeds with a spoon. Fill with minced meat and pour sauce, broth or water, because the rice will swell and increase the volume. Close the lid with the top (or you can cover it with a flat cake from a simple dough).

If the pumpkin is oblong - cut in half and do it like boats. Fill the boats with stuffing (you can cover them with foil). Next, put the stuffed pumpkin in the oven, heated to a temperature of 180-200 degrees C, and bake for 40 minutes. During the preparation of juices and pumpkin flavors soak the stuffing - it will be very tasty. You can cut a pumpkin slices. Serve with greenery.
