Minced meat is most often used in cooking cutlets. But it turns out that you can make a lot of interesting things from twisted meat. Below you will find recipes for unusual dishes from ground beef.
Dish of beef minced beef
Now we'll tell you how to make a big cutlet in German. This is actually a baked beef casserole with a layer of boiled eggs and vegetables.
Ingredients:
- beef (pulp) - 0.5 kg;
- celery root - 50 g;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- carrots - 50 g;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- onion - 1 piece;
- stale white bread - 1 slice;
- parsley - a half-batch;
- dill - a half-pound;
- salt, black ground pepper, nutmeg - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Preparation
Eggs (3 pcs.) Boil hard boiled. Pulp of beef, celery root, soaked a slice of bread, garlic and onions are passed through a meat grinder. Solim, pepper, to taste we add nutmeg and raw egg. Mix well the resulting mass. Cooked eggs cut into circles, and the greens of dill and parsley crushed. We grease the form with vegetable oil, lay half the stuffing and spread it with a spoon dipped in water. Spread the eggs on top and sprinkle them with sliced greens. Then lay out again the layer of minced meat, again the surface is leveled and lubricated with oil.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour. After that, leave the casserole for another 15 minutes in the oven, so that it absorbs all the sauce that was formed during the baking process. This dish of beef ground meat comes out very soft and juicy. And you can serve it with potatoes and vegetable salad. It turns out an excellent alternative to cutlets - and faster prepared, and tastier.
Dietary dish of ground beef
Ingredients:
- ground beef - 100 g;
- rice - 100 g;
- salt - 0,5 tsp.
- sour cream - 150 ml;
- butter - 100 g.
Preparation
Rice is washed, then filled with water and simmer until cooked for about 7 minutes. After that, the water is drained off. Beef stuffing combine with rice, add salt and mix. If desired, you can also add a little chopped greens. From the received mass we form balls in size with a walnut.
In the frying pan, melt the butter, lay out the prepared balls, fill them with sour cream, pour in so much water that it covers 2/3 of the meatballs. Cover the frying pan with a lid, first on a large fire bring to the boil sauce, then reduce the fire and stew the dietary meatballs from the ground beef about half an hour.
Pancakes with meat
Most of the pancakes are made sweet. And now we'll tell you how to cook pancakes with meat. It turns out a tasty and satisfying second course of ground beef.
Ingredients:
For the test:
- kefir - 350 ml;
- flour - 300 g;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- soda - 1, 5 teaspoons.
For filling:
- ground beef - 0,5 kg;
- onion - 1 piece;
- shredded herbs - 30 g;
- salt, spices for meat.
Preparation
