The recipe for slices with jam

Ingredients:

Preparation

We remove the finished dough from the freezer and leave it for 20 minutes at room temperature. Then, each of the 4 sheets is cut into 4 roughly equal parts. We will have 16 blanks for future sloes. Pour a little flour on the board, distribute it on the surface, put a piece of dough and slightly roll it in one direction. Now we separate the protein from the yolk, dunk the brush into the protein and lubricate the edges of the dough. Spoon jam in the middle of the product and slightly level it on the surface. Cover the top with a second piece of dough and press the edges to make them well adhered. And then fix the edges with a fork. Similarly, we prepare eight layers. We lubricate the working surface with vegetable oil, place the slices and leave at room temperature for an hour at 2. And only after that we send them to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes. Amazing puffs with jam ready!

Preparation

The dough is thawed naturally at room temperature for about 40-50 minutes. Then slightly roll out and cut into rectangles. Half of them are left intact, and in the second half we cut out the circles to make a frame. Whole Rectangles are lubricated with protein and stacked on top of the frames. Lubricate with a vegetable oil pan, from above we put the blanks of puff pastry . Inside each put a little jam and send the puffs into a preheated oven. At a temperature of 180 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the prepared slices on top with powdered sugar.

Caloric content of layers with jam is about 380 kcal per 100 g of product. This, of course, is not so little. But in comparison with cream cakes, puffs are still more dietetic. Well, if you care about your figure, then you do not need to go too far. All is well in moderation!
