How to make chocolate pudding - a recipe?

Pour into a saucepan or a ladle three hundred milliliters of milk, add butter and determine for moderate fire.

Yolks rub with sugar, add the remaining milk and starch, mix until homogeneous and break with a mixer.

In small portions with intensive stirring, pour the prepared mixture into heated milk and butter. We hold the mass on the fire until thickening, stirring, and after boiling we cook it for another two minutes.

Ready pudding is poured on cups or kremankami, we cool to a warm or cold state (to taste) and serve to the table.

Pumpkin pudding

Pumpkin is peeled, shredded in small slices, poured water in the amount of one hundred milliliters and determine the fire. Heat the mass to a boil and pat on low heat until soft. Then punch the pumpkin with a blender until it is mashed.

The softened butter is beaten with a mixer with sugar, then add eggs alternately and continue to whisk. Then pour in the milk, throw a pinch of salt, spread the pumpkin puree, add cinnamon if desired and mix. Sift into the resulting mixture flour with baking powder and stir until the flour beads are completely dissolved.

Pour the resulting mass into an oiled form and determine it in a preheated to 180 degree shape for one hour or until ready, which is tested on a dry toothpick.

After the pudding is ready let it cool down a little. Together with the pudding, you can serve sour cream mixed with sugar.

A hundred milliliters of milk mixed with starch, vanilla sugar and egg yolk. The rest of the milk is poured into a saucepan or scoop and set to fire. Add the granulated sugar and mix until it is completely dissolved. In warm milk gradually pour the milk mixture with starch and yolk and intensively interfere until thickened, but do not let it fully boil.

We pour pudding on kremankami, if desired, decorate the top with fresh berries and nuts, let cool first at room temperature, and then put briefly in the refrigerator.

From milk and semolina, we cook traditional manna porridge. Do not forget to add sugar and cream butter. When ready, we let the kettle cool down a little.

Meanwhile, we divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks. Whisk the whiskers with a mixer until a thick and thick foam. Add the two yolks to the cooled porridge and mix. There we also introduce the protein mass, gently stirring with light movements. Spread half the semolina porridge in an oiled form. From the top, lay out the cherries and cover the remaining porridge. Spread the surface of the pudding with egg yolk and put in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for forty minutes.

On readiness we give the pudding completely cool and serve it to the table, seasoned with jelly or jam.
