Potato sticks in the oven - recipe

Potatoes are one of the main agricultural crops in Belarus, naturally, in this country they practice cooking various dishes from their favorite product. Potato dumpling is one of these dishes.

According to the general idea of ​​cooking, the grandmother is a casserole from potato chips, to which are added cracklings, fatty meat, sometimes mushrooms, and also some other products (egg, flour, spices, cream).

Potato loaf with bacon and minced meat in the oven - recipe

Ingredients:

We cut the bacon in small cubes - into cracklings, put it on the frying pan and lightly heat the fat. Add the finely chopped onion, lightly passer-fry, then lay the forcemeat, spices, slightly add salt, mix and bring to low heat (about 15 minutes).

Finely chop the greens and garlic.

We peel the potatoes and quickly rub it on the grater.

We combine in one working bowl the forcemeat, prepared with mushrooms, grated potatoes, greens, flour and eggs. All mix and fill greased with melted cream butter or fat portion pots (these can be coconut bottles).

Bake the knead in the oven for about 40 minutes. We serve with mushroom broth and sour cream. To this dish, bread probably is not needed - carbohydrates in it (also in combination with fats) are more than enough.

Potato granny with mushrooms in the oven - recipe without meat

Ingredients:

Preparation

Cut the mashed potatoes in a frying pan in butter and let it sit for another 15 minutes with the addition of spices. Slightly greasy.

Grate the potatoes on a grater, combine with flour, eggs and mushroom mixture, add the chopped garlic and chopped greens.

We spread the prepared mixture in a greased form (or in portioned molds). Bake for about 35 minutes. In this version, the potato head is more light, it can be served with sour milk drinks, with broth or tea.
