Hand over the plums, they should be ripe, but not soft, without damaging the skin, you must rinse them with cold water and remove the stems. Puncture each sink in several places with a toothpick or fork (4-5 punctures enough). Let's fill in the plums with two sterilized half-liter glass jars.

Weld marinade using the rest of the specified ingredients, except vinegar. We will fill with plum marinade in cans. Wait 3-5 minutes and salt the marinade into a saucepan. Again, bring the marinade to a boil and fill it with vinegar. You can also add 100 ml of fruit brandy to the marinade. The second time we will fill the plums in the marinade banks, roll them up and turn them over. We will cover the jars with an old blanket until it cools down completely.

We sort plums, rinse with cold water and remove the tails-stems. We cut each plum in half and remove the stone. After that, you can cut each half into smaller parts.

We place the prepared plum in a pan or basin (enameled, well-cleaned copper or aluminum). We pour the plum with sugar and leave it for the appearance of juice. When the sink has let out juice, we mix it with a spatula, bring it to a boil over medium heat, reduce fire and cook it, stirring with a wooden spatula, for 5 minutes, after which it is cooled. We repeat the cycle on a small fire 1-3 times more.

We check the readiness by placing a drop of jam on the thumbnail of the thumb and turning it over: if the drop does not fall, then the jam is ready. We put the jam in clean glass jars. We roll up or put plastic covers on cans. Store jars with jam or canned plum in any way followed at a plus temperature.
