The edges of the top sheet of pita bread are lifted upwards and, as it were, they wrap up the stuffing. Then we spread the rest of the cheese with greens and cover it with the edges of the bottom sheet of pita bread. Thanks to this calculation, the pita bread will not dry up during baking and will not fall apart. Bake pita bread in the oven bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Pita bread with minced meat in a multivark

Grind the onion, salt it and grind it until it releases juice. Add minced meat, stir, taste salt, pepper, add crushed herbs. On the pita leaf lay a layer of forcemeat and level. We fold the roll and put it in a greased pan of a multivark. In the same way we do with the other two sheets of lavash, laying them in a saucepan with a snail. For pouring, mix eggs with ketchup and mayonnaise and add spices to taste. We fill the pita from the pita bread with the minced meat received and in the "Bake" mode we cook 55 minutes.

Pita bread with cabbage

With the cabbage we drain the juice. In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil, lay out the cabbage and fry it until golden. In the end, we add pepper and salt to taste. For pouring, mix eggs, pour in milk, add salt to taste. On the baking sheet, spread one layer of lavash oil so that the edges hang from the sides.

Spread 1/3 of the filling. The second sheet of pita bread is divided into several parts and each one is dipped in a pouring, and then we spread it on the filling. Then we repeat again: the filling and lavash. And, finally, lay out the last cabbage and cover it with the ends of the pita bread, which hung from the sides. Fill the cake with the remaining milk-egg mixture and send it to the oven. At 200 degrees, we bake for 15 minutes.

Sweet pita bread cake

The baking dish is lined with baking paper, and then we put a sheet of pita bread. Whisk the eggs into a strong foam and continue to beat, add a spoonful of jam. Part of the resulting mass is spread on the pita bread in a mold. Mix yolks with yoghurt. Lavash tear into pieces and dip them into a yoghurt mass. We spread them on the cream. Then place the rest of the cream and in the same way spread the pita bread, lubricating the top with the rest of the mixture. At a temperature of 220 degrees, bake 20 minutes.

Pita bread with cottage cheese, cheese and greens

Pita bread is cut into sheets the size of the shape, in which we bake a cake. Sour cream is mixed with milk, eggs and spices. Butter the butter and pour into the mold. Pour the lavash into the pouring and put it in a mold, sprinkle with grated cheese on top, the next lavash leaf is also dipped in the milk mass, but we put cottage cheese with chopped herbs on it. Similarly, we spread all the ingredients, alternating the layers of the filling. The top layer should be grated cheese. Pour the cake with the remaining filling and at a temperature of 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes until a mouth-watering ruddy crust.
