Pie with cottage cheese and blueberries

Blueberry pie is a classic in American cuisine, and in Finnish it is a national dish, and in every family with its unique recipe. Whoever owns the primacy in inventing this delicacy, we are pleased to prepare a cake with cottage cheese and blueberries, enjoying its simplicity and naturalness and ingredients.

Butter is cut with flour sugar and baking powder, add eggs and vanillin, mix the short dough. We form a ball from the test and roll it out. Form for baking pie grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. We spread the cooked dough into a mold, from above we put the paper for baking, and, to make the dough not swell up - any croup in a thin layer. Bake the cake for 10 minutes at 180, then remove the paper with the croup and brown for another couple of minutes.

Cottage cheese is mixed with blueberries and sugar, add sour cream. In the cooled cake we lay out blueberries, cottage cheese and sour cream, put the cake in the oven for another 30 minutes.

We rub the oil with 70 g of sugar and yolk. Gradually add flour, starch, vanilla sugar and baking powder. We knead the dough to homogeneity, form the ball and send it to the cold for 20 minutes. Mix cottage cheese with the remaining norm of sugar, sour cream, one whole egg and the remaining protein. From half the dough we form the cake with the sides, put it into the baking dish and fall asleep with blueberries. Close the layer of berries with cottage cheese stuffing, and then sprinkle all the grated dough on a large grater. We bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
