Impunity breeds permissiveness
Today cases of permissiveness in our lives are enough. As a rule, people who are accustomed to such a "free" lifestyle declare themselves "gods" and believe that they should not be punished, because they are supposedly free. There are two main reasons why people behave this way:

Sometimes freedom is understood as permissiveness, but in fact it is not right. If you imagine a pond, freedom is its surface, but permissiveness is the bottom. They are so far apart that they can not be compared. Permissiveness breeds chaos and leaves for itself the destruction, which often can not be fixed.
