Permissiveness

Do you know how to make your child unhappy? The surest way is not to deny him anything. Of course, this approach is the easiest, and many parents choose it, dismissing excuses that eventually everything will pass. However, the child quickly gets used to the "good" and in the course of time his desires only grow. Many of them you can possibly satisfy, but there will come a time when you have to say no and then something will begin that nightmare, which is called permissiveness. Unfortunately, in this situation, it is often not the children who are to blame, but their parents. So what is freedom and permissiveness?

Impunity breeds permissiveness

Today cases of permissiveness in our lives are enough. As a rule, people who are accustomed to such a "free" lifestyle declare themselves "gods" and believe that they should not be punished, because they are supposedly free. There are two main reasons why people behave this way:

  1. Lack of intelligence.
  2. A conscious radicalism.

Sometimes freedom is understood as permissiveness, but in fact it is not right. If you imagine a pond, freedom is its surface, but permissiveness is the bottom. They are so far apart that they can not be compared. Permissiveness breeds chaos and leaves for itself the destruction, which often can not be fixed. Should we then discuss the question: "What can permissiveness lead to?"

In the life of every person comes a time when he needs to determine his own limits. This by no means means that you need to establish your own laws and live by them without noticing the generally established rules. On the contrary, it is necessary to develop norms that would be desirable not only for you, but for society as a whole. And then your conscience will become an indicator of sincerity and honesty.
