Cover with a napkin and leave for 20 minutes. Without losing time, prepare the filling. Apricots are washed, divided into halves, we take out stones and fall asleep with sugar. Then we form round lozenges from the dough, put apricots in each of several halves and fasten the edges. In the frying pan pour oil, warm it, spread out the patties and fry them from all sides.

We spread it on the table, carefully knead it and leave for 20 minutes to lie down, covering it with a towel. Apricots are washed, split into halves and take out bones. From the dough we make "sausage", cut it into pieces and make cakes. We sprinkle sugar on the middle of each billet and spread out the filling. Then we connect the edges, tightly glue them and fry the patties in hot oil.

Next, we gradually introduce wheat flour and put the sponge in a warm place. This time, separately connect the flour with butter, pour boiling water and leave the dough to cool. Now connect both masses and knead yeast dough. We roll it into a ball, put it in a bowl, cover it with a film and put it in heat for 15 minutes. And while we are engaged in stuffing: apricots sorted, washed and take out the bones, dividing them into halves. The dough is kneaded, laid out on the table and divided into pieces. Roll each in a flat cake, put slices of apricots, sprinkle sugar, flour and make cakes. Fry them on a hot-frying pan before the golden crust appears.
