Now pour the rest of the sour milk and mix again. This procedure allows for a more uniform consistency of the test. Now finally sprinkle the baking powder and mix quickly. It should be a dough that resembles sour cream.

Now we start to fry pancakes - for well-warmed vegetable oil we spread the dough and fry the pancakes until golden brown.

Sour milk slightly heated, pour into it yeast, half the flour and sugar. Stir well and leave the dough to go. After that, add the eggs, grated with sugar, salt and melted butter. Add the remaining sifted flour and gently mix. Let the dough come up again and fry the lavish pancakes on the sour milk from both sides.

The dough is prepared as usual pancakes, then we add sausage, cut into thin strips or cubes. Fry the pan with vegetable oil, spread the dough and fry pancakes in sour milk with sausage on both sides for a minute or two. Instead of sausage, you can use crab sticks, mushrooms, sausages - in general, whatever your heart desires. Before serving, sprinkle them with chopped herbs. And it will also be very tasty if you rub the pancakes with grated cheese and wait until it melts, and then sprinkle with greens. There will be something like a pizza.

Delicious pancakes with peaches on sour milk

Peaches are mine and each cut into 9-10 lobules. In a large deep bowl we sift the flour, add sugar, soda, baking powder and salt. In another container, mix the sour milk, melted butter and eggs. Gradually, we introduce the liquid mass into the flour mixture and mix it to make a homogeneous dough. Now take a large frying pan, warm it with vegetable oil. And now the most interesting is that we put 3 slices of peach on a frying pan in place of the future pancake and fill it with dough. Fry pancakes for 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
