Ingredients:
- egg - 2 pieces;
- tomato - 1 pc .;
- unsalted cheese - 40 g;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- greens of dill, parsley - at will;
- butter.
Preparation
How to cook scrambled eggs and tomatoes? My tomatoes, cut into small slices and put on a heated frying pan with butter. Once they lightly brown, pour separately beaten eggs. Each slice of tomato is greased with mayonnaise and sprinkled on top with grated cheese. Cover the frying pan with a lid, and as soon as it completely melts, remove the dish from the plate and serve it on the table, sprinkling omelets with tomatoes and cheese finely chopped fresh herbs.

Ingredients:
- chicken eggs - 5 pcs .;
- milk - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- fresh tomatoes - 3 pcs .;
- brynza - 50 g;
- basil - 50 g;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt, black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
