Sesame in a salad gives the dish not only an interesting texture, but also a pleasant oily taste that successfully emphasizes the taste of vegetables, meat and fish.
In this article, we will consider recipes of vegetable salads with sesame, salmon, chicken and beef. Salads with sesame seeds, the recipes of which will be described below, are prepared simply and quickly, and most importantly they have excellent taste.
Cucumber salad with chicken and sesame seeds
Ingredients:
For salad:
- boiled chicken fillet - 1 piece;
- cucumbers - 2 pieces;
- sesame oil - 1/2 tsp;
- green onions - to taste;
- black sesame - 1/2 tsp.
For refueling:
- white sesame (fried) - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- rice vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoons;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon;
- miso paste - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation
Boiled chicken fillet is sorted into fibers, cucumber cut into 4 parts along, and then in large pieces across, we chop the green onions. Fried white sesame seeds are grinded in a coffee grinder and mixed with the rest of the ingredients of the dressing.
We fill the salad before serving, pour with sesame oil and decorate with black sesame seeds. Easy salad with chicken and sesame is ready!
Salad with beef with sesame seeds
Ingredients:
For refueling:
- lime peel - 1 teaspoon;
- lime juice - 1/4 of a century;
- rice vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- honey - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
For salad:
- fried beef - 300 g;
- cherry tomatoes - 5-6 pieces;
- cucumber - 1 piece;
- red onions - 1 pc .;
- sesame - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Preparation
Beef cut into strips, tomatoes quarters, cucumber circles, and onions thin semirings. Ingredients for refueling are mixed together and we pour a salad of meat and vegetables. We decorate the dish with sesame seeds.
Salad with salmon and sesame seeds
Ingredients:
For salad:
- arugula - 60 g;
- avocados - 1 piece;
- cucumber - 1 piece;
- smoked salmon - 100 g;
- sesame - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
For refueling:
- lime - 1 piece;
- olive oil - half a century;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Lime juice is mixed with butter, salt and pepper. We fill the resulting mixture with a salad of sliced avocado, slices of salmon, cucumber and arugula. Sprinkle the prepared dish with sesame seeds. Salad with salmon is ready!
