In a blender, grind the butter with flour and three egg yolks. Add the sour cream to the mass and knead the dough. We roll small pieces of dough into balls and send them to the freezer.

While the balls cool, prepare the meringue , for this we mix the remaining egg whites with sugar until a smooth and shiny meringue is formed. Nuts are crushed with a knife and added to the mass for meringue.

Balls of dough rolled into thin cakes, in the center of each of which we spread on a teaspoon of meringue. Fold the cake in half, but do not tear it. We send our meringue cookies with nuts to the oven for 25-30 minutes at 160 degrees, until the meringue inside the cockleshell grabs.

Consider a simple way how to cook cookies with meringues. First we knead the cottage cheese dough: chop the cold butter into a crumb with flour, add egg yolks, cottage cheese and baking powder. We divide the whole mass into 5-6 pieces and send them to the refrigerator. Whisk the remaining egg whites with sugar until the meringue forms. We remove the dough from the refrigerator and thinly roll it out, lubricate the whole surface with beaten protein, roll it into a roll, and wrap the resulting roll with a spiral.
