Meat "nest" with minced meat and egg

Ingredients:

Preparation

We will weld hard-boiled quail eggs, cool in cold water and cleanse from the shell. Finely chopped onion and mushrooms fry until golden in a frying pan. Cheese grated on the grater.

Stuffing a little bit, add the spices, 1 chicken egg and chopped dill. We mix it.

Let's figure out how to cook meat nests. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper and oil it (or simply grease the pan with fat). With wet hands we form "nests" and lay them on a baking sheet. We make grooves in which we first lay out a little onion-mushroom mixture (we season it with garlic pressed). Sprinkle with plenty of cheese and chopped greenery. You can immediately mix onion and mushroom mixture with cheese. On top, lay out 2 quail eggs and 1 olive (as if, for example, the egg of a cuckoo).

Top with a little more sprinkled with cheese. We bake "nests" in the oven for 40-60 minutes (depending on the stuffing and from the oven) at an average temperature. Finished "nest" from the stuffing lightly cool and serve, decorating with greens. Cheese will fill the quail eggs and olives to the "nest" - so it is more convenient. You can serve meat "nests" as a separate dish or with some garnish (rice, boiled potatoes , green beans will be good). From drinks it is better to choose light table wines.
