Marinated tomatoes with garlic for the winter - recipe
Let's start with the most "safe", classic and understandable for the average consumer in our region of the recipe marinade for tomatoes, based on garlic, vinegar, bell pepper and laurel leaves.
Ingredients:
- fresh tomatoes - 2, 8 kg;
- sugar - 130 g;
- salt - 90 g;
- garlic head;
- 15 peppercorns;
- laurel leaves - 8 pieces;
- vinegar - 45 ml.
Preparation
Before pickling tomatoes for the winter in banks, the banks themselves carefully rinse and dry. Between the banks divide spices: pea pepper, laurel leaves and garlic teeth. Over a fragrant layer rammed ripe and whole tomatoes.
In one and a half liters of boiling water, dissolve the salt with sugar and pour in the vinegar. Fill marinade tomatoes in jars and cover them with lids. We put the preservation on a water bath and sterilize for 8-9 minutes (for cans of 1 liter). It remains only to tighten the lids and you can leave the tomatoes for storage until the cold pores.
Marinated, quick-cooking tomatoes
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 1.6 kg;
- laurel leaves - 2 pieces;
- twig of marjoram ;
- salt - 15 g;
- sugar - 5 g;
- peas of black pepper - 5 pcs.
Preparation
The express recipe for marinating tomatoes is only possible on fruits without skin, and therefore before pickling tomatoes, blanch them and clean. Pour the leaves of laurel, marjoram, pea pepper, as well as crystals of sugar and salt with boiling water. Cook the marinade for a couple of minutes, so that it becomes more fragrant, and then pour the blanched tomatoes in sterile jars. In addition, sterilize the cans in any convenient way before roll-up.
Marinated green tomatoes for the winter
Ingredients:
- green tomatoes - 650 g;
- honey - 10 g;
- garlic teeth - 2 pieces;
- the laurel leaf;
- seeds of coriander - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- apple cider vinegar - 125 ml;
- cinnamon stick;
- cloves - 6 buds;
- water 120 ml.
Preparation
Tomatoes are pounded into clean jars, and from the remaining ingredients cook a spicy marinade. Pour tomatoes in cans with marinade, cover with lids and sterilize in a bath or in the oven with lids. Roll up the lids and leave the jars for storage.
