Peel the cleaned onion with a blender until it is pure. After we add to it a salty soy sauce, stir and cover with the received marinade our steaks, which we leave to stand in it for 30-35 minutes. Then, as much as possible, we clean off the onion gruel with them and spread beautiful marble steaks on a greased grilled frying pan with olive oil. To ensure that the steaks were tender, not hard, but fried, keep them on the fire for exactly five minutes on each side.
