Roll the portions and lightly flatten it with the palm of your hand, and then spread it onto the baking sheet covered with parchment. Lenten cookies made from oatmeal are baked for 15-17 minutes.

Lenten oatmeal cookies without flour at home

Seeds chia beat in a coffee grinder and pour 55 ml of water. While chia swells, chop the oat flakes, but do not turn them into flour. Mix the flakes with soda. Separately, combine the peanut butter with honey, milk and chia. Add the mixture to the oatmeal. Beat the dates in the pasta and put next. From the mixture, form a cookie and bake it for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Lenten oatmeal cookies with banana

While the temperature in the oven rises to 180 degrees, we clean and banana the bananas. Seeds of flax are smeared in a coffee grinder, pour 50 ml of water and leave to swell. We add peanut and vegetable oil, banana puree, cinnamon and sugar to the flax. Mix the resulting mass with oat flakes and add raisins and nuts. Form the cookie and send it to bake for 20 minutes.
