Ingredients:
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- grated ginger root - 1/2 tsp;
- hot chilli - to taste;
- ground cumin, fenugreek, cardamom, cinnamon - 1/4 tsp;
- onion - 65 g;
- pinch of ground cloves;
- Ground turmeric - 1/2 tsp;
- carrots - 95 g;
- potato tubers - 210 g;
- vegetable broth - 135 ml;
- cabbage - 180 g.
Preparation
Heat a little vegetable oil and use it to roast ginger with onions, chili and garlic. After 5 minutes, you can add fragrant spices to the mixture from the list of ingredients, and in a couple of minutes other vegetables: chopped cabbage, carrots and potato tubers. When all the vegetables have a ruddy crust, pour water into the dishes, cover and leave everything to stew for another half an hour. The liquid can be poured as needed, but avoid that the ingredients float in it.
How to cook stewed cabbage with chicken?
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 860 g;
- butter - 35 g;
- onion - 95 g;
- young cabbage - 390 g;
- tomatoes - 980 g;
- tomato paste - 15 g;
- water 130 ml;
- laurel leaves - 2 pieces;
- ground paprika - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- Dried marjoram - 2 tsp.
Preparation
Cut the cubes of fillets, peeled from the fillets, put it on the oil along with the semicircles of onions. Cabbage finely chop and add to the chicken along with fresh tomato slices. When the latter begin to soften, pour all the tomato paste dissolved in water and add dried herbs and spices. Stew cabbage for about 15 minutes.
How to cook stewed cabbage with sausage and mushrooms?
Ingredients:
- smoked sausage - 180 g;
- onion - 95 g;
- dark beer - 210 ml;
- beef broth - 490 ml;
- young cabbage - 440 g;
- potatoes - 130 g;
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- champignons - 320 g;
- the laurel leaf;
- sprig of thyme.
Preparation
In a thick-walled brazier, heat the oil and use it to pass the onion. As soon as the latter becomes transparent, add to it a circle of smoked sausage and let it brown. Put the garlic, laurel leaves, thyme and mushrooms through the press. When the mushroom moisture evaporates, chop the young cabbage leaves and also put them to the rest of the ingredients together with the potato cubes. Pour the contents of the brazier with a dark beer and let half of the liquid evaporate, then add broth and leave everything to languish without a lid for half an hour.

- tomato sauce - 240 ml;
- boiled rice - 1 item;
- chicken broth - 120 ml.
Preparation
On the warmed-up oil, brown the ground beef until it is browned. Add the chopped onion to the stuffing, and then place the chopped garlic chive. In a minute, you can add shredded cabbage, tomatoes, broth and tomato sauce to the ingredients on the stove. Let the cabbage stew for 15-20 minutes, then add the rice, remove the dish from the heat and leave it for another 10 minutes.
