Sometimes I feel like pampering myself with something and doing something original. For real gourmets we offer a recipe for Greek salad with shrimps.
Greek salad with shrimps
Ingredients:
- boiled shrimps - 400 g;
- fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
- Feta cheese - 150 g;
- lettuce leaves;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- garlic.
For refueling:
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- spice.
Preparation
Prawns and eggs pre-boil, cool and clean. Garlic is cleaned, squeezed through the garlic and we get a mixture of rubbed salad bowl from the inside. We remove the bulb from the husk, shinkle it with very thin, almost transparent half rings and lay them on the bottom of the salad bowl. The next layer is ground tomatoes cut into large slices.
Now take the cooled peeled eggs, cut them into cubes and pour them into the salad bowl. If desired, you can add a freshly chopped cucumber to the dish. From above decorate our salad shrimp and all carefully, but very gently mix. Cheese is shredded in small cubes and sprinkled with salad.
And now we pour all this abundantly with sauce. To make it, we squeeze lemon juice into the bowl, pour olive oil, put mustard , salt and spices to taste. The resulting mixture is whisked thoroughly until smooth.
Greek salad with shrimps and croutons
Ingredients:
- fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
- cucumber - 2 pieces;
- bulb - 0.5 pcs .;
- shrimp - 400 g;
- mustard - 1 teaspoon;
- crackers - 50 g;
- cheese cheese - 150 g;
- garlic - 1 clove.
For refueling:
- lemon - 0,5 pieces;
- olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- oregano.

In a separate bowl, squeeze out the juice from the lemon, pour olive oil, put mustard, oregano, sugar and salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and pour the salad with the prepared sauce. Then carefully, but carefully mix the dish, serve it on the table and enjoy its divine taste!
